Are you intersested in getting started in metalsmithing or jewelry making? This class is a great introduction. The class will cover the basic skills of sawing and piercing, texturing and finishing metal. You will leave with a finished pair of earrings in your choice of silver or copper, and a better understanding of some key metalsmithing skills. Students will choose or create their own shapes and stule. No previous metalsmithing experience necessary. This is PROJECT and PROCESS class. One session, 3 hours.
