Rivets with Lori Brauer, Wednesday November 12, 6-9 p.m.

Rivets provide the opportunity to join multiple layers, heat sensitive materials or dissimilar materials together without the use of heat or solder. Additionally, they offer a multitude of structural and design options in metal work, but are still often overlooked as a creative option. Let Holly lead you through the fundamentals of successful riveting, while making a unique layered pendant. Some piercing is required for this class so students should have some proficiency with sawing with a jeweler's saw.  This is a PROCESS class.
