Introduction to Chainmaille - Byzantine Bracelet with Alfredo Lopez-Rizo, Thursday October 9, 6:30-9:30 p.m.

This class is a great way to delve into the world of chainmaille. Class will begin with a discussion of basic tools, rings and metal considerations before moving on to the construction of the classic Byzantine Weave.  As the foundation of many additional chain patterns, the Byzantine is a must in every chain maker's repertoire.  Variations of the weave will also be covered.  This is a PROJECT CLASS.  One session, 3 hours.  $50.00 plus supplies (approximately $6 in copper).
