This is the perfect class for beginners who are eager to begin stone setting but who aren't quite ready to tackle making their own bezel just yet. Using sheet metal and a pre-fabricated bezel cup, students will learn how to properly set a cabochon and in the process will create a simple pendant. Basic finishing techniques will also be covered. BASIC TORCH SOLDERING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED. This is a PROJECT class. One session, 3 hours. $60.00 plus supplies (approximately $8). Tuesday March 26, 6-9 p.m.
