Keum Boo Textured Keum Boo Pendant with Jennifer Conroy Thursday March 12, 6-9 pm

Keum Boo is an ancient Korean technique for fusing fine gold onto fine silver surface, and is a great way to introduce gold into your work while limiting the expense. Students will first create a unique texture on their silver using the rolling mill, before cutting out their pendant shape. Next they will learn the art of Keum Boo to embellish and enhance their designs. Students will leave class with a finished pendent. Beginning and Advance students are welcome. This is a PROJECT class. One session, 3 hours.
